1. Mystery Box: 老師放置一個盒子在講台上,背對學生放進一樣文具(或文具的卡片),老師用英文給出線索,然後讓學生來猜。線索分為兩方面:“What is it like?” "What is it for?" 也可以讓學生來提問,老師給予Yes/No的回答。

【第一堂課】
1. Warm Up
目的:師生互相介紹,了解,英語水平摸底。
時間:2分鐘
內容:日常寒暄對話。
2. Background Building
目的:引出本次課主題,通過學生反饋了解其對該主題的掌握情況。
時間:3分鐘
內容:老師提問,學生互相補充回答。

3. Focused Teaching
目的:主題詞彙和語言輸入
時間:20分鐘
內容:老師提問,圖片輔助理解。
Do you have a/an...? What's it like? (It's straight/long/round/pointed/big/small/thick/thin...It's red/yellow/colorful)
What's it for? (It's for writing/drawing/... We use it when ...)
材料:flashcards (long, short, big, small, thick, thin, pointed, round, square, straight, write, draw, put away, clean, read); 各種顏色的蠟筆
4. Mystery Schoolbag (Mystery Box)
目的:聽力理解能力
時間:10分鐘
內容:主講準備一個書包,並通過給出描述性的線索,讓學生猜出包里的文具。
材料:書包一個,各種文具若干。
5. Featured Song: Accessing Core Meanings
目的:初步熟悉歌曲和歌詞
時間:10分鐘
內容:主講演唱歌曲,並通過提問互動和情景創設幫助學生初步理解
材料:文具實物、用鉛筆劃污的紙,圖片(表現一個遇到困惑的學生)
【第二堂課】
1. Featured Song: Learn It
目的:學習歌曲,至少能夠有節奏地熟讀歌詞。
時間:20分鐘
內容:助教老師帶領分組練習
2. Featured Song: Sing It
目的:強化歌曲,鼓勵開口
時間:10分鐘
內容:各組比賽演唱
3. Mystery Schoolbag (Mystery Box)
目的:強化學生輸出能力
時間:15分鐘
內容:學生輪流上台,每次一名學生,悄悄選擇一種文具放在書包里,然後讓其他學生猜是什麼。
兩種模式:A. 講台學生能力較高, 則需要他/她用語言描述該種文具以給其他學生以線索。B. 講台學生能力較弱,則可變化為“Yes/No”遊戲,由其他學生提問"Is it..."
材料:書包一個,各種文具若干。
