2 Focused learning (based on Act 2)
(1) want/want to
剧本情节梳理:Dorothy wants to go home./Scarecrow wants a brain./Tin man wants a heart./Lion wants some courage.
熟读后集体练习:【提前准备—写有类似以上句子的小纸条,包括以上四个句子】选小朋友到讲台前来表演,一人肢体表演一次,下面的同学一起猜并说出英语句子,用固定句型“I want/want to…”
供选择其他句子(某些部分建议标注中文):
I want to sweep the floor(扫地).
I want to clean the blackboard(擦黑板).
I want to close the window(关窗).
I want a banana.

(2) powerful, meek
扩展相关词汇:strong/ weak/ large/ big/ small etc.
根据图片用含有以上形容词的英文句子描述:【需事先准备部分图片】
供参考描述--
The Wizard/Superman is powerful.
The Lion/Tiger is very strong.
The dog/baby is so weak.
The farm/school is very large.
The house/schoolbag is big.
The birds are very small.
The horses are very meek.

(3) ask for
剧本中:Scarecrow asks for a brain./Tin man asks for a heart./Lion asks for some courage.

场景设想:
i It is your birthday, you will ask for…
ii It’s Spring Festival, you’ll ask for…
iii You're in a boat alone and the boat is sinking, you’ll ask for……


(4) dare 胆敢
例句学习:
I don’t dare to come forward.
I don’t dare to say a word.
I don’t dare to hit him. -- He doesn’t dare to hit him.
I dare to kill the wicked witch.

(6) enough
too little/few; too much/many; enough
根据图片【事先备好】说出相应形容词

(7) must
台词“But first you must do something for me. Bring me the broomstick of the Witch of the West.”
讲解Broomstick (broom+stick)
i Can you bring me the broom, I want to sweep the floor.
Here is the broom. It’s your turn/duty. You must clean the room now!
ii stick

例句比较:
