中文故事在附件中。觉得这个儿童故事很好，O(∩_∩)O~希望我们能完善英文版的，并把这个爱心故事传递给孩子们。这个故事有点长，要变成课程的话，可能需要分成几堂课设计一下。
Once there was a Tree and she loved a little boy. And every day the boy would come and he would gather her leaves and make them into crown and play king of the forest. He would climb up her trunk. and swing from her branches. and eat apples. And they would play hide-and-go-seek. And when he was tierd, he would sleep into her shade. And the boy loved the tree...very much. And the tree was happy. But time went by. and the boy grew older. And the tree was often alone.
 
Then one day the boy came to the tree and the tree said,"Come,Boy,come and climb up my trunk and swing from my branches and eat apples and play in my shade and be happy." "I am too big to climb and play," said the boy. "I want to buy things and have fun. I want some money. Can you give some money?" "I'm sorry," said the tree,"but I have no money. I have only leaves and apples. Take my apples,Boy,and sell them in the city. Then you will have money and you will be happy. And so the boy climbed up the tree and gathered her apples and carried them away. And the tree was happy. 
 But the boy stayed away for a long time... and the tree was sad. And then one day the boy came back and the tree shook with joy and she said,"Come, Boy,climb up my trunk and swing from my branches and be happy." "I was too busy to climb trees."said the boy. "I want a house to keep me warm," he said. "I want a wife and I want children, and so I need a house. Can you give me a house?" "I have no house,"said the tree. "The forest is my house, but you may cut off my branches and build a house. Then you will be happy." And so the boy cut off her branches and carried them away to build his house. And the tree was happy. But the boy stayed away for a long time. And when he came back, the tree was so happy that she could hardly speak. "Come,Boy," she whispered,"come and play." "I am too old and sad to play," said the boy. "I want a boat that will take me far away from here. Can you give me a boat?" "Cut down my trunk and make a boat."said the tree. "Then you can sail away...and be happy." And the boy cut down her trunk and made a boat and sailed away. And the tree was happy... but not really. And after a long time the boy came back again. "I am sorry,Boy,"said the tree,"but I have nothing left to give you—— My apple are gone." "My teeth are too weak for apples," said the boy. "My branches are gone," said the tree."You can not swing on them——" "I am too old to swing on branches," said the boy. "My trunk is gone," said the tree,"You can not climb——" "I am too tired to climb,"said the boy. "I am sorry,"sighed the tree."I wish that I could give you something...but I have noting left. I am just an old stump. I am sorry..." "I don't need very much now,"said the boy,"just a quiet place to sit and rest. I am very tired." "Well,"said the tree,straightening herself up as much as she could,"well,an old stump is good for sitting and resting. Come,Boy,sit down. Sit down and rest." And the tree was happy.
一颗无私奉献的树，和一个人的故事。从小男孩到青年，到中年，老年这些阶段。我们每个人都有一颗爱心树，谁是你的爱心树呢？

Lesson 5 I’m Hungry! 一、教学目标： 知识目标: 1、要求学生掌握下列单词eat、drink、以及一些food的名词。 2、能理解并能口头运用句子 I’m (hungry/thirsty)。 I want to (eat/drink)； Do you like Broccoli/pop corn/ice cream/pizza/soup/banana/apple/orange? 能力目标： 能够在真实的环境中表达自己的需求。 情感目标： 初步了解中西方饮食差异，注意饮食卫生及营养。 二、教学重点和难点： 单词和句子以及一些中西节日饮食文化。 三、教具： Mp3，教师用卡片和张贴画。 四、学具： 学生用小卡片。 五、教学过程： 1、（1）Greeting: Hello, boys and girls! How are you today ？ 2、引入课题：用张贴画出示本课主题图，引导学生：what is it? 答：A cat What is it doing？学生可以用汉语回答，从而引出本课要学的有关饮食的内容。Eat and drink. 3、教师出示有几种食物的卡片，ask“ What is this”? 学生可以先用汉语回答，然后教师告知孩子们怎么用英语来表示，教师领读，学生跟读，多读几遍。(教读一些食物单词) 教师一边做吃东西的动作一边问，“What am I doing”?学生猜一猜，引出eat，教师出示单词卡片，领读单词，指名读，全班读，边读单词边加上吃的动作。 教师出示喝的图片，学生观察，教师：ask“What is she doing”? 学生用汉语回答，师引出drink，教师领读几遍，学生再跟读，并加上相应的动作。 4、Game： （1）Guessing words.（猜单词）（复习刚刚教的单词） （2）Quickly answer.（快速抢答） do you like broccoli/ice cream/ broccoli ice cream?
