周四晚，欢迎您来北京美国中心参加一个特别的座谈会。四位分别来自中国和美国的年轻人将分享他们致力于回馈社区的志愿服务的一些想法和经历。为了更好体现本月的主题“公民意识与社区精神”，我们通过本次活动为大家提供与四位年轻人面对面的机会，与他们一起探讨如何利用自己的业余时间帮助其他人。我们会讨论如下一些问题：为什么志愿精神如此重要？志愿者在组织中的作用如何？参加志愿活动有何益处？等等。这将是一次有意思并且发人深思的座谈会，期待您的参与！
Thursday evening, please join us at the Beijing American Center for a very special panel discussion as four young people, both American and Chinese, who are dedicated to giving back to their communities share their motivations. As our programs this month explore civic consciousness and community spirit, this event brings us face-to-face with young people who dedicate their free time to helping others. We will examine some questions: why are volunteers so important? What is the role of volunteers in organizations? What are the benefits of volunteering? This should be an interesting and thought-provoking discussion, and we hope to see you there!
