I think Christian can eat whatever they want but maybe there some groups that have restrictions?

dear，I heard from a Christian friend who said they don't eat any blood 'coz Jesus had devoted himself via sacrifice. Bleeding everywhere

Hehe I think it's only their choice, not a religious request.

I am not Christian myself (only from a cultural point of view) but my family is and we have been eating pork blood for example for years so I went ahead and made some research :D

verses 4, 5 - For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

So my understanding is that you can pretty much eat what you want but you should do that respecting other people habits and restrictions
